1. develop product requirements to ensure key differentiators are obtained in market segments and price points
2. develop appropriate sales tools and training to sales force and supporting team
3. gather, document and communicate competitor analysis
4. maintain industry knowledge, publication, trends and initiatives
5. creation of marketing programs and local literature
6. cooperate with registration team to speed up registration cycle
7. key account development
8. product forecasting and range maintenance.

匯報對象:地區(qū)銷售經(jīng)理
主要職責:
負責在指定的區(qū)域內(nèi)開展公司產(chǎn)品的推廣活動,最大程度地實現(xiàn)circassia產(chǎn)品的銷售增長及市場占有率的提高;
配合公司及公司市場部組織各類學術會議;
按照公司要求建立客戶資料庫
以公司批準的用途、用法為準則,準確地向工作對象提供產(chǎn)品的特點、療效及注意事項等資料。
基本要求:
大學本科學歷,如有一年以上相關產(chǎn)品的推廣經(jīng)驗,外資醫(yī)藥公司經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先但非必需;
良好的溝通能力和敬業(yè)精神,具有獨立分析和解決問題的能力;
良好的團隊合作精神;
有新產(chǎn)品入院及推廣經(jīng)驗,呼吸科產(chǎn)品推廣工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
有一定的英語和計算機能力, 醫(yī)學、藥學、生物等相關專業(yè)者優(yōu)先。
