底盤工程師主要負責底盤系統(tǒng)及其零部件的設計,并跟蹤試制的全過程,對所發(fā)生的問題提供技術支持以及改進建議和措施。
底盤工程師崗位職責
1.定義底盤系統(tǒng)(轉向、車輛性能/零件調試、車架及動力總成懸置、懸架、制動、車輪輪胎)及子系統(tǒng)關鍵特征;
2.定義底盤系統(tǒng)及子系統(tǒng)恰當?shù)某叽绾凸睿?/p>
3.確定底盤零部件的要求和測試規(guī)范;
4.負責底盤零部件的技術設計、工作圖樣繪制及技術文件編制工作;
5.負責對底盤技術問題和質量問題進行分析,并提出持續(xù)改進措施;
6.負責新開發(fā)的底盤零部件的試制、改進及驗證跟蹤工作;
7.進行底盤零部件樣品的確認封樣工作,并協(xié)同相關部門進行合格供方的評審及技術協(xié)議的簽訂;
8.維護底盤零部件清單并保證全球描述系統(tǒng)中底盤零部件發(fā)布的正確性。
底盤工程師崗位要求
1.汽車底盤或機械等相關專業(yè);
2.了解汽車底盤系統(tǒng)的布局、結構設計及相關系統(tǒng)的結構原理;
3.熟悉汽車轉向/發(fā)動機附件系統(tǒng)的制造技術、工作原理、匹配計算及產(chǎn)品工藝性;
4.熟悉各類零部件的加工工藝及工作原理;
5.熟練運用cad/cam/ug等軟件。
底盤工程師發(fā)展方向
汽車底盤工程師待積累經(jīng)驗技術后,可以向管理職位發(fā)展,如項目經(jīng)理。
第2篇 底盤研發(fā)工程師崗位職責
崗位職責:
制動系統(tǒng):
乘用車、電動車制動系統(tǒng)開發(fā)(制動器、制動助力裝置、管路)
底盤電子:
esc、epb、ibooster、eps系統(tǒng)軟件電控開發(fā)
懸架系統(tǒng):
乘用車、電動車懸架系統(tǒng)開發(fā)(副車架、減震器、性能調校件)
第3篇 車底盤工程師崗位職責
崗位職責描述:1.負責電動四輪車底盤方案設計,并協(xié)調各專業(yè)設計優(yōu)化;2.負責汽車前后懸架系統(tǒng),制動系統(tǒng),轉向系統(tǒng),車身結構部分設計零部件設計選型、封樣;3.能獨立完成底盤某一部分系統(tǒng)設計工作;4.組織底盤零部件檢驗標準編制及對品質部門掌握檢驗標準予以輔導;5.負責樣機(車)指導裝配、工人培訓;6.產(chǎn)品法規(guī)符合性的分析與校核;7.負責相關系統(tǒng)的計算;8.負責車型底盤bom表編制與維護;9.負責相關技術條件編制。人員基本要求:1.本科及以上學歷,汽車或機械專業(yè);2.從事2年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗;3.掌握汽車底盤設計相關知識,熟悉產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程;4.熟練應用catia等設計軟件及各種辦公軟件。5.工作主動,具備合作精神和團隊工作素質,能夠承受較大的工作壓力,具有良好的溝通和協(xié)調能力。

? chassis components :
1) collect the data : architecture of chassis, components files (specification, drawings, test reports …)
2) exchange with partner / partner’s components suppliers in order to understand the design referential,
3) share the data with experts in china & in central office
4) manage the data and store it under it system (to be defined).
? follow kp1 development of chassis for in order to prepare industrialization outside china : be the interface between offices and the partner for all technically related topics (in the respect of the job-share between pand partner).

5) bill of material
6) for each component :
a) drawings / specifications (functionnal or built-to print) including essential functional characteristics
b) supplier
c) test procedure and validation criteria
d) test reports on bench (dv / pv)
e) assembly process / invariants
? deliverables regarding safety of esc (iso26262), hps, brake calipers and screwing assemblies.
in assistance to safety network expert, collect and support dfmea, dv/pv, safety requirement, etc…
requirement:
? bachelor or above
? 3-5 years’ work experience

? good master of the mechanical design
? current use of the chinese + english (speaking/writing/understanding)
? knowledge of the technical of chassis : function, architecture + components (brake, suspension, steering, axles, wheels, driveshafts)
? knowledge of project development for chassis
? experience in the environment.
